Bike Lights Lamp"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A friend of mine asked me some time ago (ages) to help him build a lamp made aut of old bicycle lights &#8211; especially the electrical part.<\/p>\n<p>So when I next saw him and asked to schedule some get together he didn&#8217;t seem to interested anymore and handed me a shopping bag full of vintage bike lights.<\/p>\n<p>After having these lying in our living room shelv for quite some time &#8211; waiting for inspiration &#8211; I came up with an idea of how to make those into a nice lamp.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>^^ that is an Ikea Kallax-style shelv made from beech glued wood &#8211; that is quite inexpensive to be had from Hornbach.<br \/>\nHow it came about can lamps<\/li>\n<li>aluminum\n<ul>\n<li>pipe<\/li>\n<li>12mm sheet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>some screws<\/li>\n<li>some wires<\/li>\n<li>warm (2700K) led lights that fit into the bike lamps<\/li>\n<li>5V power adapter<\/li>\n<li>touch dimmer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tools:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CAD Software<\/li>\n<li>CNC Mill<\/li>\n<li>chamfer router (to break the edges)<\/li>\n<li>drill
